At 42, I returned to school and earned a fellowship from the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation, dedicating myself to guiding others through their own transformations

As a journalist and advocate, I focused on amplifying the voices of those often overlooked—women in crisis and survivors of trauma. Through this work, I came to realize that many share similar struggles, hindered by poverty, abuse, or societal expectations.

I founded Women’s Wellness & Integrated Social Health (WWISH), leading transformative programs in correctional facilities. I witnessed how pain and fear can trap individuals in survival mode, but even more inspiring is the moment someone chooses to rewrite their story.

Now, I empower individuals who are ready to reclaim their futures. I offer coaching to break limiting patterns, workshops for connection and growth, and speaking engagements to inspire change.
