Prison is a state of mind.
Freedom is a choice.
Who I am
I'm Laura Pavlou.
For 9 years, I worked inside correctional facilities — sitting with women at their lowest, watching them find themselves again. That work didn't just shape my message. It became my message.
I speak from lived experience, not theory. My credential is the room I've sat in, the silence I've held, and the transformation I've witnessed — including my own.
I'm not here to motivate you. I'm here to tell the truth.
What I Do
I help people who feel lost, disconnected, or constrained by their past or identity, return to their own voice and inner authority.
I don’t teach people who to be — I help them remember who they are.
I don’t lead from expertise — I lead from embodiment.
I help people come home to themselves and choose themselves with clarity, truth, and freedom.
